Figs with cracked black pepper, greek yoghurt, honey and pine nuts
Ingredients
400g (14oz) thick Greek yoghurt
4tbsp runny honey, plus extra for drizzling
6 ripe figs, halved
1-2tbsp golden sultanas
1-2tbsp toasted pine nuts
Freshly ground black pepper
Mint, to decorate (optional)
A fresh and figgy pudding

Method
1 Mix together the yoghurt and honey and spoon the mixture into the centre of 4 serving plates or dessert bowls.2 Place 3 fig halves on top of the yoghurt mixture of each plate or dessert bowl.
3 Sprinkle over the sultanas and pine nuts and grind a little black pepper over each portion. Drizzle lightly with some more honey and decorate with mint leaves, if desired, before serving.
