Food buy of the week: perfect sauce
Melt-in-the-mouth sauce that could easily pass as homemade!
It's the texture of this fabulous sauce that is so impressive. A lot of ready-made sauces just don't cut it on the texture front - they can be slimey! This pure Irish butter stick, which you simply add milk to and heat up, has a fantastic texture and is made with a wonderful selection of herbs and spices. It's rich and delicious and is fabulous on white fish and steamed veg. Perfect for very quickly adding style and flavour to simple meals - we love it!
