TIME PLAN

The day before
* Prepare the oyster sauces and
Crispy Thyme Mash
On the day - to serve supper at 8pm
3pm
* Prepare filling for Molten
Chocolate Parcels
* Time to lay the table, relax and
get ready
6.45pm
Prepare Molten Chocolate Parcels
7pm
* Prepare Five-Spice Duck
and Port Plums
7.20pm
* Prepare Buttered Cabbage
7.30pm
* Take the three oyster sauces out
of the fridge and allow them to
come up to room temperature
7.45pm
* Complete oyster sauces
8pm
* Cook duck breasts. Serve starter
8.15pm
* Take duck out to rest. Finish
plum sauce. Complete Crispy
Thyme Mash and Buttered
Cabbage. Serve main course
* Put puddings in 15min before
you want to serve them and prepare
Pumpkin Seed Brittle, if making
* Serve coffee with the Pumpkin
Seed Brittle
