If you have time, start by making some special ice cubes. Fill an ice cube tray with water, then drop in some tiny fresh or dried rosebuds or some bright pink rose petals. Freeze until solid. Fill two tall glasses with the special rose or plain ice cubes, then add ¼tsp rose water to each glass. Half-fill the glasses with pomegranate juice, then top up with sparkling white or rosé wine and enjoy.
