Raspberry lemonade
Ingredients
200g/7oz raspberries
125g/4oz golden caster sugar
juice of 4 lemons
750ml/11⁄4 pint sparkling water, chilled
Boost your vitamin C with this ruby-red reviver

Method
Whizz raspberries, sugar and lemon juice together in a food processor till smooth.
Press through a metal sieve into a jug to remove seeds.
Stir into water and serve.
