  • 2 kilogram(s) chocken wing-tips or small drumsticks
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Tabasco
  • 85 gram(s) melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch(es) cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch(es) chilli powder

Method

  1. Cut the end joint from the wing tips and discard. Divide the remaining pieces of chicken in two.
  2. Deep-fry the chicken in hot oil for 5 to 15 minutes, or until cooked through and golden. Drain and keep hot.
  3. Melt the butter and whisk in the other ingredients.
  4. Lightly coat the chicken with the sauce, and serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
