Tea isn't really the first drink you think of to be produced in Ireland.  However, a family company run by two qualified medical herbalists has put this healthy drink firmly on the list of quality food and drink products to come out of Ireland. St Tola is a citrusy cheese the rind of which wrinkles as it matures creating a wonderfully distinctive taste. It's organic, and it's made in County Clare.

Coole Swan Superior Dairy Cream and Liqueur is the only Irish Cream Liqueur that includes Single Malt Irish Whiskey and real chocolate. It is the most delicious tasting, luxuriously textured liqueur - crafted from the finest quality, natural ingredients. Coole Swan was awarded the "World's Best Liqueur" and "Double Gold" at the 2009 World Spirit Competition in San Fransisco. It is the first time a cream liqueur has won the award.

Kinvara Organic Smoked Salmon is dry salt cured for up to six hours depending on the size of the fish and then dried slowly in a kiln. There is no need to reach for the lemon to serve with Kinvara as it is not at all oily. This salmon is firm fleshed, slightly dry with a truly distinctive flavour and is also low in salt.
