Ground coffee
250 gram(s) pack Almond or Almond and Chocolate Biscotti
500 ml tub good-quality ice cream (we like Green & Black's Organic Vanilla Caramel Nut Ice Cream), softened in the fridge for 10-15min for easy scooping

Using the ground coffee, make a cafetière of coffee according to packet instructions. Crumble one biscotti into the bottom of each of six heatproof cups. Drop two scoops of ice cream on top.
Give each of your guests a cup of ice cream, then hand round the pot of coffee separately to pour over the ice cream. Serve with the remaining biscotti to crumble over the top.
