4 slice(s) prosciutto (cured ham)
4 slice(s) salami Napoli
200 gram(s) marinated and grilled mixed peppers
100 gram(s) (3 1/2oz) pecorino cheese
100 gram(s) (3 1/2oz) stuffed pepperoncini (peppers) with goats' cheese
4 slice(s) grilled marinated aubergine slices
200 gram(s) mixed Italian olives
100 gram(s) (3 1/2oz) Italian borettane onions in balsamic vinegar
200 gram(s) marinated mixed mushrooms in olive oil
Grissini and ciabatta rolls, to serve

Arrange all the cold meats, grilled peppers, pecorino cheese, stuffed pepperoncini and marinated aubergine slices on a platter. Place the olives, onions and mushrooms in little bowls. Serve with grissini (breadsticks) and warmed ciabatta rolls.
