Ingredients

  • 1 small Savoy cabbage
  • 30 ml (2tbsp) olive oil
  • 2  crushed garlic cloves
  • 30 ml (2 level tbsp) chopped parsley

Method

  1. Quarter and shred the Savoy cabbage.
  2. Heat all the olive oil in a heavy-based saucepan, add the crushed garlic cloves and cook for 30sec.
  3. Add the cabbage; cook, stirring, for 5min.
  4. Season, stir in the chopped parsley and serve.
