1 butternut squash, halved and seeds removed
2 clove(s) garlic, sliced pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
1 small bunch of fresh sage
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
250 gram(s) (9oz) Camembert cheese, halved horizontally
200 gram(s) (7oz) cherry tomatoes on the vine

Preheat oven to gas mark 6/200?C (180?C in a fan oven). Put squash into a roasting tin and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Sprinkle over garlic, nutmeg and a few sprigs of sage, and pour over olive oil. Roast for 1 hr till flesh is just tender.
Pop each Camembert half in squash cavity, and top with a couple of sage leaves and a few tomatoes. Roast for 10 mins, till cheese has melted and tomatoes are charring.
