  • 50 gram(s) butter
  • 3 large leeks, finely sliced
  • 350 gram(s) frozen peas

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a large pan over a low heat and cook the leeks for 20min until softened but not coloured.
  2. Bring a large pan of lightly salted water to the boil and cook the peas for 4min. Drain and stir into the leeks. Serve at once.
