roasted salmon

Ingredients

U.S. U.K. Conversion chart
  • 100 gram(s) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Gentleman's Relish
  • 2 tablespoon(s) small capers, eg nonpareille, rinsed and chopped
  • a couple of shakes of Tabasco sauce

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a bowl. Dot this down the length of the cooked fish when it comes out of the oven, then pop it back in for about 1 minute until it melts. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, then serve the juices spooned over the filleted fish.
