Ingredients

  • 10 ml (2tsp) hoisin sauce
  • 20 ml (4tsp) rice wine vinegar
  • 10 ml (2tsp) soy sauce
  • 15 ml (1tbsp) peanut oil
  • 5 ml (1tsp) sesame oil
  • 10 ml (2tsp) runny honey
  • 75 gram(s) roasted, salted peanuts
  • 225 gram(s) each carrot and celeriac or mooli
  • 50 gram(s) alfalfa or 125g (4oz) beansprouts

Method

  1. Whisk the first six ingredients together in a small bowl. Finely chop the peanuts.
  2. Peel and coarsely grate or shred the carrot and celeriac. Place in a large bowl with the peanuts. Pour the dressing over and mix well. Stir in the alfalfa or beansprouts and serve immediately.
