Chilli lamb pizza

• 250g lamb mince
• ½ tsp dried mint
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 337g margherita pizza
• 1 red chilli, sliced
• 50g feta cheese, crumbled

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 220C (475F, gas 7). Brown the lamb mince in a dry frying pan for 5 mins, adding the mint and salt and pepper. Drain off the fat, then spoon onto the pizza.
2. Scatter with the sliced chilli and crumbled feta cheese, then bake in the oven for about 12 mins until crisp.
3. Garnish with fresh mint if desired and cut into wedges. Serve with a green salad.
