Ingredients

U.S. U.K. Conversion chart
  • 250 gram(s) dark chocolate (Menier gives the best result)
  • 5 medium organic egg yolks
  • a little coffee or liqueur (optional)
  • 6  stiffly whisked organic egg whites

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Beat in the egg yolks, a little coffee or liqueur should you wish, and then fold in the whisked egg whites, a third at a time. Pour into a glass dish, cover and chill for a couple of hours. Recipe by Annie Bell
