Ingredients

  • 225 gram(s) wholewheat flour
  • 4 teaspoon(s) cumin seeds
  • 4 teaspoon(s) nigella seeds (black cumin)
  • 100 gram(s) (31/2oz) courgettes, coarsely grated
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sunflower oil

Method

  1. Sieve flour, add spices and a little salt. Press courgettes to remove liquid and add. Slowly stir in 120- 150ml (4fl oz) water. Knead to make a dough. Add oil. Cover, set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Divide into 8 balls. Roll each into a thin circle, 15cm (6in). Fry for 1 minute each side, keep warm.
