  • 200 gram(s) cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon(s) golden caster sugar
  • 3 tablespoon(s) orange juice
  • sea salt, black pepper

Method

  2. Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring the liquid to the boil, then cover and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes. Press the cranberries and juice through a sieve into a bowl and serve the purée warm. It can also be made in advance and gently reheated, in which case leave to cool, then cover and chill.
