Ingredients

U.S. U.K. Conversion chart
  • 75 gram(s) dried fruit, eg apples, pears, apricots, prunes
  • Half pint(s) unsweetened orange juice
  • 250 ml semi-skimmed milk

Method

  1. Chop the dried fruit into small pieces, then place in a bowl and pour the unsweetened orange juice over the top. Cover the bowl and leave to stand overnight.
  2. Place the fruit in a blender or food processor, along with any remaining soaking liquor, then add the milk and blend for 1min or until smooth. Serve well chilled.
