RASPBERRY AND KIWI SMOOTHIE RECIPE
10 ULTRA-COOL SUMMER DRINK RECIPES
FIND A QUICK AND EASY RECIPE

  • 75g dried fruit, eg apples, pears, apricots, prunes
  • ½ pint unsweetened orange juice
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk

Method

  1. Chop the dried fruit into small pieces, then place in a bowl and pour the unsweetened orange juice over the top. Cover the bowl and leave to stand overnight.
  2. Place the fruit in a blender or food processor, along with any remaining soaking liquor, then add the milk and blend for 1min or until smooth. Serve well chilled.
