Figs with cracked black pepper, greek yoghurt, honey and pine nuts

• 400 gram(s) thick Greek yoghurt
• 4 tablespoon(s) runny honey, plus extra for drizzling
• 6  ripe figs, halved
• 1-2tbsp golden sultanas
• 1-2tbsp toasted pine nuts
• Freshly ground black pepper
• Mint, to decorate (optional)

Method

1. Mix together the yoghurt and honey and spoon the mixture into the centre of 4 serving plates or dessert bowls.
2. Place 3 fig halves on top of the yoghurt mixture of each plate or dessert bowl.
3. Sprinkle over the sultanas and pine nuts and grind a little black pepper over each portion. Drizzle lightly with some more honey and decorate with mint leaves, if desired, before serving.
