This all-natural spread is made from almonds without their skins and is great for spreading on toast. It also doubles up as a base for making almond milk, an alternative to cow\'s milk which is great for those with a dairy allergy. Just stir together with a little lukewarm water to make the consistency you need. And it can also be mixed with a icing sugar to create a delicious cake topping.
