Ingredients

  • 900 gram(s) (2lb) strawberries, hulled
  • 3  pawpaws, roughly chopped
  • 7  kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
  • 1  stem lemon grass (optional)
  • 450 ml (¾ pint) apple and mango juice
  • 250 gram(s) (9oz) low-fat Greek yoghurt
  • Grated zest of ½ lime

Method

  1. Halve the strawberries. Put all the fruit in a glass bowl, add the lemon grass, if using, and pour over the apple and mango juice. Cover and leave to infuse for 1 hour.
  2. Mix the Greek yoghurt with the lime zest, then serve the fruit topped with a generous dollop of the yogurt.
