Glorious green salad

• 1  romaine lettuce heart, leaves torn into pieces
• 4 stick(s) celery, chopped
• 110 gram(s) packet baby salad leaves, such as Swiss chard, spinach, rocket, watercress 1?2 red cabbage, finely shredded
• 100 ml (4fl oz) olive oil
• juice of 1 orange
• 1 tablespoon(s) honey
• 2  ripe avocados, quartered, stoned, peeled and sliced

Method

1. Put lettuce, celery, salad leaves and cabbage in a bowl. To make dressing, pour oil, orange juice and honey into a jam jar. Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
2. To serve, shake dressing ingredients well in sealed jam jar to blend. Add avocados to salad, then at last moment before serving drizzle over dressing and toss everything together.
