450 gram(s) broccoli
450 gram(s) cooked ham, cut into chunks
450 ml (3?4 pint) parsley sauce
100 gram(s) (31?2oz) white breadcrumbs
50 gram(s) Cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan oven) mark 4. Cut the broccoli into similar-sized florets and cook in boiling salted water for 3-4min or until just tender. Drain well and put into a 2 litre (31?2 pint) ovenproof dish. Scatter the chunks of ham over the top and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Pour the sauce into a pan and heat gently, then pour over the ham and broccoli. Mix the breadcrumbs and Cheddar together and sprinkle over the dish. Cook in the oven for 30min until golden on top and heated right through. Serve with crusty white bread.
