Ham and pasta bake

• 150 gram(s) pasta shapes (shells, rigatoni, pennette), cooked
• 200 gram(s) ham, roughly chopped
• 200 gram(s) bottled roasted red peppers, drained
• 100 gram(s) (3½oz) sweetcorn niblets, drained
• 6  eggs, lightly beaten
• 150 gram(s) Cheddar cheese, grated
• 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil

Method

1. Stir the pasta, ham, peppers and sweetcorn together in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs with three-quarters of the cheese; season and stir.
2. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and spoon in the pasta mixture. Cook over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat and sprinkle over the remaining cheese. Place under a medium grill and cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and the mixture is set.
