Ingredients

  • 3  Earl Grey teabags
  • 3 tablespoon(s) runny honey
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1  lemon, sliced
  • 2  cinnamon sticks, broken in half
  • ice cubes

Method

  1. Put teabags in a large jug and pour over 1l/ 1 3?4 pint boiling water. Leave to brew for 3 mins then remove teabags.
  2. Stir in runny honey, lemon juice, lemon slices and cinnamon sticks. Cover and chill for a few hours.
  3. Half-fill large tumblers with ice cubes and pour over chilled tea.
