Ingredients

  • 450 gram(s) (1lb) strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Belazu balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) golden caster sugar

Method

  1. Put strawberries in a bowl, then add balsamic vinegar and sugar. Season with several turns of the pepper mill, toss together, then leave to marinate for 30min at room temperature before serving.
