Ingredients

  • 200 gram(s) fresh white crab meat
  • ½ small red chilli, finely chopped
  • ¼ cucumber, deseeded and diced
  • ½ yellow pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) toasted sesame oil
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 large handful chives, finely chopped
  • 10  baby gem lettuce leaves
  • Lime wedges for squeezing

Method

  1. Combine the crab, chilli, cucumber, pepper, sesame oil, lime zest and juice and chives. Check the seasoning, then cover and chill until needed.
  2. Spoon the crab mixture into individual lettuce leaves and arrange on a platter.
  3. Serve with lime wedges.
