Luscious chocolate pots

• 175 gram(s) condensed milk
• 75 gram(s) plain chocolate, finely chopped
• 1-2tsp almond liqueur, plus extra for drizzling (optional)
• 150 ml (1?4 pint) double cream
• Plain chocolate shavings, to serve

Method

1. Put condensed milk into a small pan and warm over a low heat until just bubbling at the edges. Take off heat and stir in chocolate. Add liqueur, if using, and mix until smooth and shiny. Empty into a large bowl and stir until cool, about 1min.
2. In a separate bowl, whip cream until it just holds its shape - don't overwhip or it will turn grainy. Using a large metal spoon, gently fold the cream into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
3. Divide mixture between four small glasses and sprinkle chocolate shavings and a little liqueur over each, if using. Serve immediately with almond biscuits.
