4 egg whites
125 gram(s) (4oz) caster sugar
100 gram(s) bar milk chocolate, melted and cooled
You will need: a piping bag fitted with a small star-shaped nozzle and
a baking sheet lined with baking parchment

Preheat oven to gas mark 1?4/110°C (100°C in a fan oven). In a clean bowl, whisk egg whites till stiff peaks form. Gradually whisk in sugar, tipping it in a steady stream as you whisk. Whisk again to form stiff peaks.
Drizzle melted chocolate onto meringue mixture, stir once, then spoon into piping bag. Pipe into small swirls onto prepared baking sheet. Bake in oven on bottom shelf for 11?2 hours. Allow to cool on baking sheet before serving.
