Ingredients

U.S. U.K. Conversion chart
  • 1 large ripe Charentais and 1 large ripe Ogen melon, each peeled, halved and deseeded
  • 6 slice(s) Parma ham, cut in half lengthways
  • 12  cocktail sticks or small wooden skewers

Method

  1. Cut each of the melon halves into six wedges. Reshape back into a round and wrap tightly in clingfilm. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
  2. Up to 1hr before serving, wrap half the melon wedges in Parma ham, using a cocktail stick or skewer to secure each wedge. Keep covered with clingfilm to prevent melon from drying out.
