  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • unrefined caster sugar, to taste

Method

  1. Divide mint leaves between six tea cups and add 1tsp of sugar. Pour over boiling water and leave to infuse till cool enough to drink. Stir in more sugar to taste, if necessary.
