Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon(s) honey
  • good splash soy sauce
  • 200 gram(s) pack chestnut mushrooms, sliced
  • 300 gram(s) pack thick udon noodles
  • 200 gram(s) pack pak choi, sliced lengthways

Method

  1. In a large frying pan or wok, add honey and soy sauce and cook for a few mins, then add mushrooms and season well with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Cook till soft, then stir in noodles and cook for a few mins till all separated, then add pak choi and continue stirring till wilted. Serve immediately.
