  1. 4 seville oranges skin on pips removed.350g(12ozs) dried apricots.75g(3ozs)sultanas.2 chopped onions.1 deseeded red chilli.600ml(1pt)white wine vineger.225g(8oz)light muscavado sugar.small piece ginger.6 cloves 1tspn nutmeg 1tblspn roughly crushed black pepper. 2 tspn salt.put all ing in pan bring to boil then simmer gently until most liquid gone about 1 hrwhen thick and dark pot into clean jars.
