Passionfruit, Grape and Banana Smoothie

• 4  ripe passionfruit
• 150 ml (¼ pint) low-fat bio-yogurt, plus 1tbsp to decorate
• 8  ice cubes, crushed
• 4  ripe bananas (around 550g/1¼lb), peeled and roughly chopped
• 225 gram(s) seedless white grapes

Method

1. Chill four tall glasses in the freezer. Cut the passionfruit in half and remove the pulp. Reserving 1tbsp pulp to decorate, place the remainder in a blender with the rest of the ingredients; process until smooth. (The passionfruit pips will remain whole but are easy to drink.) Serve in the glasses, decorated with 1tbsp yogurt mixed with the reserved pulp.
2. TO PREPARE AHEAD Complete the recipe but don't pour into glasses or decorate. Cover and chill overnight.
3. TO USE Pour into glasses, decorate and serve.
