  • Fresh or tinned chopped tomatoes
  • 1  green chilli chopped and de-seeded
  • 1  red onion chopped
  • chilli powder to taste
  • 1 tablespoon(s) of a good quality mango chutney
  • the juice of a lime
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Mix all the above ingredients and chill an hour before use. Increase the ingredients for a larger salsa.
