Prunes wrapped in bacon

• 24  ready-to-eat stoned prunes
• 4 tablespoon(s) sweet chilli sauce
• 12  sunblush tomatoes, halved
• 12  rashers streaky bacon
• 100 gram(s) bag watercress

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) mark 6. Use a sharp knife to split the prunes slightly through the middle. Spoon about ½tsp sweet chilli sauce and half a sunblush tomato into each prune.
2. Put one rasher of bacon on a board and use the back of a table knife to stretch it out. Cut in half widthways and wrap one half around a prune. Use the other half to wrap around another prune. Repeat the process until all the prunes are wrapped.
3. Put prunes on a lipped baking sheet and cook for 20-25min. Arrange the watercress on a plate and top with the prunes. Serve immediately.
