0.5 x 375g pack ready-rolled puff pastry
2 tablespoon(s) black olive tapenade
200 gram(s) cherry tomatoes, halved
75 gram(s) Camembert, sliced

Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan) mark 7.
Cut the ready-rolled puff pastry into four pieces. Put the pastry on to a baking sheet and cook for 8-10min until risen.
Press down the centres of the tarts slightly with the back of a fish slice, then spread with the tapenade. Top with the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced Camembert. Put back into the oven for a further 7-8min. Serve with a crisp green salad.
