  • 3  kiwi fruit
  • 200 gram(s) fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 200-250ml (7-9fl oz) unsweetened orange juice
  • 60 ml (4 level tbsp) Greek yogurt
  • 30-45ml (2-3 level tbsp) icing sugar

Method

  1. Peel and roughly chop the kiwi fruit. Place in a blender or food processor with the raspberries, orange juice and yogurt. Blend for 1min or until smooth, then add icing sugar to taste. Serve well chilled (see Cook's Tip).
  2. COOK'S TIP If you wish to remove the seeds from the raspberry and kiwi smoothie, pass it through a nylon sieve before serving.
