Ingredients

  • 200 gram(s) raspberries
  • 125 gram(s) golden caster sugar
  • juice of 4 lemons
  • 750 ml sparkling water, chilled

Method

  1. Whizz raspberries, sugar and lemon juice together in a food processor till smooth.
  2. Press through a metal sieve into a jug to remove seeds.
  3. Stir into water and serve.
