1 kilogram(s) (2lb 3oz) baby new potatoes, halved if large
Leaves of 5 rosemary sprigs, chopped
4 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, cut into six wedges
150 gram(s) coloured cherry tomatoes
50 gram(s) black olives, pitted

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan) mark 6. Mix together potatoes, rosemary and oil, then season generously. Tip into a roasting tin and scatter with the lemon wedges. Roast for 35min.
Add the tomatoes and olives. Cook for another 10min or until the potatoes are tender. Serve immediately.
