Ingredients

  • 8  good-quality pork sausages, halved
  • 4  pears, cut into chunks
  • drizzle of maple syrup
  • 1 handful rosemary sprigs

Method

  1. Preheat oven to gas mark 6/200ºC (190ºC in a fan oven). In a large roasting tin, add sausages and pears, mix together, then add a pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Drizzle with maple syrup and combine everything - do this with your hands if it's easier.
  2. Throw in some rosemary, then put in oven and cook for about 20-30 mins, till sausages are golden and cooked through. Transfer to a serving platter along with juices.
