  • Freshly picked rosemary flowers
  • White or the lightest grade of unrefined organic sugar
  • A couple of sprigs dried rosemary

Method

  1. Combine freshly picked rosemary flowers with white or the lightest grade of unrefined organic sugar. Grind together using a food processor or pestle and mortar.
  2. Store in an airtight jar. A couple of sprigs of dried rosemary buried in the sugar will intensify the flavour. Recipe by Shona Crawford Poole
