Ingredients

  • 1  egg
  • 1 tablespoon(s) skimmed milk
  • Low-fat cooking spray
  • 1  grilled tomato
  • 1 slice(s) wholemeal toast
  • Snipped fresh chives, to garnish

Method

  1. Beat the egg with the milk and season with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Spray a non-stick pan with a little of the low-fat cooking spray and heat the pan. Pour in the egg and milk mixture and stir with a wooden spoon over a gentle heat until set.
  3. Serve the scrambled egg with grilled tomato and hot toast. Garnish with snipped chives.
