Shiitake Mushroom and Asian Greens Stir-fry

• Quarter teaspoon(s) cornflour
• 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon(s) runny honey
• 2 teaspoon(s) fish sauce
• 2 teaspoon(s) sunflower oil
• 200 gram(s) sliced shiitake mushrooms
• 4 head(s) pak choi, roughly chopped
• 250 gram(s) pack mangetout
• 2  red peppers, roughly chopped

Method

1. Put cornflour in a small bowl with the soy sauce, honey and fish sauce. Heat sunflower oil in a wok and add the mushrooms. Stir-fry for 2-3min, then add pak choi, mangetout and peppers. Stir-fry for 3-4min, then add 100ml (3½fl oz) water and bubble for 30 seconds. Stir in the soy sauce and honey mixture and cook for a further 1min. Serve immediately.
