  • 50 gram(s) (2oz) flaked almonds
  • 1 tablespoon(s) walnut oil
  • 550 gram(s) (1 1?4lb) sprouts, trimmed and sliced
  • 50 gram(s) (2oz) butter

Method

  1. In a small frying pan, add almonds and toast till golden. In a large frying pan, heat oil and stir-fry sprouts for 3 mins. Add toasted almonds and butter, stir through and season well.
