  • 350 gram(s) mixed summer berries
  • 1 tablespoon(s) golden caster sugar
  • 4 tablespoon(s) vodka or Cointreau

Method

  1. Put berries into a pan. Add sugar, vodka or Cointreau and heat gently to dissolve the sugar. Don't stir, just swirl the pan over the heat for 4-5min or until the fruit begins to soften. Pour into a serving bowl and leave to cool.
