Ingredients

U.S. U.K. Conversion chart
  • 350 ml bottle Southern Comfort
  • 2  limes, cut into thin wedges
  • 12 sprig(s) mint
  • ice cubes
  • Quarter  cucumber, cut into thin sticks
  • 1 liter(s) bottle diet ginger ale

Method

  1. Pour Southern Comfort into a large jug, then add wedges of 1 lime and 6 mint sprigs.
  2. Use a large pestle or heavy spoon to 'muddle', pressing lime and mint firmly down to release their flavours.
  3. To serve, add ice cubes and cucumber sticks then pour over ginger ale. Pour into glasses and decorate each with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.
