1.4kg/3lb baby new potatoes, scrubbed and halved
227 gram(s) jar cornichons, drained and sliced
240 gram(s) jar capers, drained
4 tablespoon(s) freshly chopped parsley
150ml/1?4 pint French dressing
6 tablespoon(s) sweet mustard ketchup (we used Tracklements, £2.40 for 230ml from Waitrose)

Put potatoes in a pan and cover with cold salted water. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 15 mins till tender. Drain, cool and tip into a bowl.
Add cornichons, capers and parsley. Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Pour French dressing into a jug and whisk in mustard ketchup. Pour over potatoes and stir everything together. Chill till needed.
