  • 400 gram(s) baby carrots, trimmed
  • 250 gram(s) baby leeks, trimmed
  • Half teaspoon(s) ground coriander
  • 1 pinch(es) chilli flakes
  • 15 gram(s) (½oz) softened butter

Method

  1. Steam veg together until cooked.
  2. Meanwhile, mix coriander and chilli into butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Dot the butter over the cooked vegetables, then toss and serve at once.
  4. Get ahead Make butter up to a day ahead. Allow to soften before using
